Returning
If you are not satisfied with the items you ordered you have the option to return them within 14 days of receipt. Please contact our customer service department to register a return.

To be eligible for a refund or exchange, the returned product must be returned in its original condition with labels and tags attached. The product must not contain any signs of use. We reserve the right to refuse returned items if it is suspected that the items have already been used or damaged through no fault of our own.

Terms and Conditions
1. You are responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs will not be refunded.

2. Products such as underwear, lingerie, panties and personal care products are not covered by Sydneique's return policy due to hygiene concerns. Therefore, these products cannot be returned and will not be processed.

3. Provide the return with a track and trace code (own costs).

4. Email on the day of shipment a picture of the track and trace code.

5. The product must be sent in unused condition

6. The product must be in its original packaging.

7. The product will be checked for damage caused by the customer, sending a damaged product will not be accepted.

How can I return my order?
If your order meets the above conditions, please take the following steps to initiate the return process.
Send an e-mail to: support@sydneique.com
Make sure the e-mail contains the following:

1. Order number
2. Reason for the return request
3. Photo of the product in case of breakage
4. First & Last name
5. Address

We will contact you and provide the return address.
Never send the return to the sender, we will send you the correct address after you request it from us. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
